Introduction Interview • A chance for us to meet and get to know each other. • We’ll review the role basics, share a bit about OneRevel, and learn about your background and experience. • This is an opportunity for both sides to ensure alignment and answer initial questions. 2. Case Study Interview • A practical, role-specific exercise designed to show how you work. • This allows you to demonstrate problem-solving, critical thinking, and how you approach real-world scenarios related to the role. 3. Core Values Interview • The final stage of the process focused on culture and alignment. • We’ll share more about who we are and ask you to highlight how your approach and mindset align with OneRevel’s core values. • This is a chance to show how you’ll contribute to our team beyond just skills and experience.
Your first few weeks at OneRevel are designed to ensure your success. You will explore your role expectations, meet your team members, and gain access to the necessary tools. Additionally, you will receive a 100-day plan to guide you through your initial months. We prioritize building momentum and confidence from day one so that you feel empowered to make a positive impact. You’ll also: • Get to know our culture, values, and how we work together. • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced team members. • Participate in hands-on training to ensure you can hit the ground running. • Learn how your work connects to broader team goals and company impact. At OneRevel, onboarding is more than paperwork; it’s the start of your journey to grow, contribute, and thrive as part of our team.
All members of the OneRevel team are expected to maintain a professional business casual appearance. For team members who interact with clients or are part of the installation team, attire should be appropriate for their roles and in accordance with the client's environment and safety requirements.
